My mother asked if I could make her a large bag for toiletries. I sewed one right away, because I'm into sewing pouches these days. And into machine quilting. I used some test prints made during last weekends screen print workshop. The stitching has disguised the flaws and turned it into serious fabric. The neon lining makes it a little less sweet, I think.

Yes, we celebrated our first month in England yesterday! It's been lovely, lovely weather and a proper holiday. The boys speak English, and they start school next week. I'm so excited for them. My masters starts in October so I have a month of vacation from entertaining children and work. YAY!!
