Fabric and felt scraps

Two chicks for two little birthday girls. Aafje will turn 2 next week and Sarah celebrated her 3rd birthday this weekend. I just love how the patterns from the book 'doudous a coudre' turn out different each time. The patterns are so simple that it is easy to vary and change things, allowing for the fabrics you have. Each time I sew one of these doudous my girls ask me to make one for them too. So they must be attractive. Hope the birthday ladies agree.
