Both head teachers of our daughters' school are retiring. The kids honoured them with a school play. J had to play a waitress and she had specific wishes in how she wanted to look. Fortunately I had bought her a cute vest some time ago. So I only had to sew an apron and bow tie. The apron was simple: just a rectangle with a strap. For the bow tie I used
this tutorial. Completed with a borrowed serving tray, J liked what she saw in the mirror. And I heard the play went well ( no parents allowed).
