Weekend lunch

Dutch pancakes are midway between French crepes and American puffy pancakes. Crepes we only eat in France, because we can not bake them as well as they do in our favourite restaurant. But since I've never been to the US I had to bake the American ones myself. And I have to say: Gordon Ramsey's blueberry and ricotta pancakes with yoghurt and honey are delicious!
