Soup day
Two months ago I spend a sunday afternoon making six litres of soup. Two litres of my favourite endive soup, two simple and delicious liters of carrot ginger soup and 2 litres of the best pumpkin cappuccino (I will share the recipe some day, because I can't find it anywhere on the net) ever. And froze them in family and one-person portions. It was quite a job, but I'm happy every time I take a container filled with a delicious lunch out of freezer. Last tuesday I had lunch with carrot soup and yoghurt with homemade vanilla grapefruit marmalade. Yummy!

Heb net een flinke pan wortel/gembersoep gemaakt, hij is heerlijk, ik weet niet of er wat overblijft om in te vriezen...
