I recently joined the commission that makes maintenance plans for the green(grass, plants and trees) and grey(roads and parking spaces) areas in our neighbourhood. For the first meeting at our place I baked
these pepper cookies. The filling consists of strawberry jam, mixed with balsamic vinegar. A real taste experience.
