Russian egg

This is one of our kids' favourite dishes. Which is strange, because usually they don't like half of the ingredients. A combination of eggs, vegetables, pickles, smoked salmon, anjovis, smoked chicken and lettuce. I think the girls like the fact that everything is presented apart and without sauce. It's an invitation to taste. I change ingredients every time in order to let them try new things. This recipe with the name 'russian egg', came from a magazine, but I never found something similar under that name again. I think, that looking at the pictures is enough to be able to reproduce the plate, if you want.
