(No) change

For J's birthday we always bake her favourite chocolate cake. Lot's of dark chocolate, sour cream and little sugar. From a children's cookbook. I can't discover the recipe online, but Nigella's cake comes close (except for the amount of sugar). With varying decoration and the candle doll having new clothes, the classic chocolate cake magically adapts to the theme of each year.
