Our eldest loves to collect things. Some time ago she came home with a bag full of hazelnuts. We spread them out on a serving tray to dry. J cracked one after another and after some minutes in the oven we had the most delicious roasted hazelnuts. Never knew they could taste so good! Today we made
chocolate hazelnut biscotti. Nice, but a bit too sweet for us. A neighbour girl loved the cookies and was lucky to carry a big bag of biscotti's back home.
