Spring in a jar
It's about the time of year again that my blogs turns into a cooking blog. Or should I say preserving blog. Rather late this year, because it's still quite cold outside. No problem for rhubarb. My father let me harvest the first 1,5 kg of stalks from his vegetable garden. I think he's already waiting for the jar of jam he gets in return. It's a classic: rhubarb-strawberry jam.
