I'm so lucky to have a dad who can make everything! Precise and perfectly. Last monday he helped me to make a second wooden square for herbs and vegetables in our garden. Made, painted, placed and filled with plants within two hours! Thanks, dad.

Sorry, Hans and Stephanie
When I was answering a phonecall one of my daughters escaped from my view. And picked a lot (really very many) flowers from our neighbours garden through the fence. And since they were all without stalks we found a creative way to use them. We decorated our dinnertable with the cute yellow flowers. Looked really festive.
Made for playing
You probably already know, but Camper-shoes are fantastic! Both my girls needed new shoes for the summer. First we found these hip brown sandals for J. And N. got the flowery white shoes from her grandparents for her birthday. Camper also has great shoes for boys. And (wo)men. My brother walks in the same shoes as my daughter. Except his are not white with flowers :-).
For lunch
A new school/lucnhbag for J. This morning she told everyone who wanted to listen that she has a new bag. I've made it without a pattern. It has oilcloth inside. Perfect for carrying her lunch, in her new Shinzi Katoh-lunchbox, to school.

Eggwarmer tutorial
Today Neeltje celebrates her birthday at daycare. And since her real birthday is on easter-sunday we thought these felt hens brooding on chocolate eggs would be an appropriate gift for her little friends and the lovely ladies who take care of her. And for some quick last-minute-easter-crafting you can find my tutorial here.

Accessories
Last year my girls didn't want to wear the headbands I made for them. But now headbands are cool in our house. I tried two different patterns. This one from Heather Bailey and the other one can be found at Between the Lines. Both good tutorials with lovely results.
