Cooking is not my favorite hobby when I come home from work, after picking up the children from school and daycare. But when there's a bit more time I love to cook and bake. I get inspired by sites like Taste Spotting. The pictures are mouthwatering. Yesterday I found this coconut-chocolate-cake. I think something went wrong with the cup-ml-conversion. The coconut layer was not moist enough. But the cake tasted good anyway, in spite of having to eat it with a spoon.
