Our vacation-home close to the sea has no oven. So I searched the internet for some microwave-recipes. I found this five-minute-cake-in-a-mug. We had fun making them and they tasted quite good. I would add some nuts or orange next time.

That looks kinda cool. Showing my age I can still remember home economics at school when microwaves were first introduced. I remember the telling us all to "stand back!" while it was on.
