My brother had his birthday last week. Yesterday we went there to celebrate, bring his presents and see their new house furnished. A lovely house from the beginning of the 20th century. My brother and his girlfriend completely renovated it with a great result. Also last week their new couch arrived. It is the Polder-sofa from Hella Jongerius. If only our livingroom was a bit bigger.... For the occasion I made this matching fabric basket with cookies.

Love the fabric you have used for your basket. Did you punch holes in the exterior fabric (it looks like felted wool)? It looks really effective with the red lining showing through. Great way to present homemade cookies.
