It had been a very long time since we spend a few days doing nothing. Here in Therme Vals we managed to do nothing but floating in the warm water of the pool outside overlooking the snowy mountains, read and eat. Just what we needed. If you ever come to Switserland make sure you visit this beautiful spa. In the meantime the girls had a great time with their grandparents.

Ik weet dan het een zonde is, maar ik ben echt wel jaloers. Wat een heerlijkheid!
Oooh, ik maak me schuldig aan dezelfde zonde als Suzette... Wat ben ik jaloers wanneer ik dat zie en lees!
Ik wou dat ik ook daar zit, in plaats van suffend achter mn bureautje, vrezend voor de examens die me nog te wachten staan.
Maar otch: goed dat jij er van genoten hebt :o).
Ik weet niet of je het al weet maar volgens mij staat een van je stempels in de nieuwe 101, op blz108 bij de mailtjes, een inzending van maureen. Leuk zeg!

Oh its wonderful isn't it - we went to Therme Vals before we had our kids and stayed in the Providores (is that what they are called???) rooms - the newly designed ones anyway - and opted for half board - the food was amazing and the therme was fantastic - especially night swimming in the snow! 3 days there felt like a 2 week holiday. Shame you can't take kids until they are 6 years old I'm desperate to return.
