Rosendals Tradgard

I saw this post on Mikodesign. That brought back memories. In 1995 I was living in Stockholm for a while as an exchange-student. And I loved to visit Rosendals. Back then I bought their cooking-book. Today I picked out a recipe for blue(poppy seed) and yellow lemoncake. Easy to make and very good taste. But I ruined it, by turning it too soon. Scroll down this blog and you will find the recipe.

Oh ja, heel herkenbaar. Dat vind ik het moeilijkste van cake bakken. Het wachten totdat de cake loslaat uit de vorm.

Ja het is een prachtige plek daar ik was er in 2000 ook en moest gewoon weer terug. De cake ziet er toch lekker uit, moet ik ook maar eens proberen te maken ;-)

Oh, that is one of my absolute favourite cookbooks. i love to look at it for inspiration! And visiting the café isn't so bad either... :-)
