I used to live in The Hague twice for a short period. I don't miss the city, but I am still longing for the Indonesian take-way food over there. Now I have to cook it myself. And Indonesian food takes time. But this book makes you want to cook. We ate Sambal goreng udang last night. One of my favourites.
