Drama
After reading something about Anne Frank in a history book, our eight-year-old wants to know everything about her. And of course wanted to read her diary's. I ignored the question for a while, thinking she is too young. But she persisted. I couldn't find my copy, so I ordered a secondhand one. Not a special issue, just a beautiful one. We're going to read it together.

i think i was about the same age when i became fascinated with her story. what a tale of survival! there is another book i read around the same age called number of the stars (here: http://www.amazon.com/Number-Stars-Lois-Lowry/dp/0547577095/ref=lp_B000AP6Y8C_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1333781153&sr=1-2) that i read over and over when i was her age. :) so nice you have a little reader!! enjoy the book!
