Cookbook 3

I'd never grilled peppers before, because I thought it would be difficult to get the skin off. It isn't. And the soup we made with them was delicious (here's a similar recipe). It is from Donna Hay's book 'the new cook'. An often used book in this house. Her recipes are simple, with few ingredients and always have an original touch. Hooray for Donna Hay!
