Green whisk

This is not one of the 138 cooking books. Actually it is number 139, because I recently got this very nice book 'de groene garde' (not yet translated). About sustainable cooking and living. Filled with stories and interviews, telling the truth about food, among delicious recipes. Today we tried rhubarb compote with coconut meringue (a recipe by Jammie). The links are to similar recipes, because the actual recipe from the book is not online. Unfortunately rhubarb season is almost over...
