You probably wouldn't say, but I'm not into eating cookies and cakes. Hearty is more my thing. But I like the easthetic aspect of baking.
Whoopie pies offer a lot of opportunities for beauty. This is my second attempt. Plain vanilla whoopies with a choco-coconut filling. Made them small like macarons instead of usual larger size. Little less sweetness in one time.
