Some eye problems resulted in me needing glasses. The opthalmologist assured me that it was not the first step to reading glasses, but I'm pretty sure it's an aging sign. Took me just a few hours to accept. Probably because I'll just need to wear them behind the computer screen. After carving the stamp and printing the fabric, I see my new glasses as a mere fashion item. In contrast with our 8y-old. She forbid me to wear them to school when picking her up.

Ach ja, we worden allemaal een jaartje ouder. Gelukkig is je probleem nog op deze manier op te lossen. (ben zelf van het bril/lensdragende soort voor in de verte kijken). Ik vind je stempel dan ook helemaal geweldig. Heb je een leuk hoesje voor je bril gemaakt met je bedrukte stof? (op de foto lijkt het tenminste stof).

Maar da's een superhippe bril! Dat komt dus dik in orde. En stempelen is wel een heel origineel idee om eraan te wennen :-)
I'm sure your daughter will get used to the glasses! And think of all the lovely cases you can sew for them... using your stamped fabric, perhaps?
