Inspired by
this tutorial,
these images and
our earlier project I tore up a piece of unbleached cotton (a €1,- thriftstore find) into rectangles to do a tie and dye experiment. And, although I would leave the packages in the colouring substance longer next time, I am really pleased with the outcome.

I love to tie dye too...at first it was cotton but now I dye my felt too...and what is most exciting is the surprise of seeing what it looks like when it drys!
