More food

Sisters Tijdink & Tijdink catered both my book launches. I love their style and the food is delicious. We especially liked the toast with mackerel. I went looking for a similar recipe and found this recipe for mackerel rillette. Not quite as good as the ones made by Tijdink, but close enough. Since then it is a frequent dish on our weekend lunch table.
