Signature

Today is my actual birthday. A really quiet day, because we've already celebrated it thoroughly last week. Many lovely gifts. Like this totally fantastic leather bag. But some presents have yet to come. To remember the day of this wonderful party we chose to give (sponsored by a lot of guests) ourselves a piece of art. A picture made by Femke Dekkers, who's having an exhibition in the Noordbrabants Museum at the moment. I loved her work right away. Soon we will be going to her studio to pick up the work. The other present will arrive by mail from Italy. I already have two of these wooden geometric pendant necklaces and wear them all the time. I asked hubby and kids for a new one, from the latest series made by Studio Fludd.
