Bread, bread, bread...
I can't stop baking these delicious and easy no knead loafs. Plain or with pepper, lemon, rosemary, caraway, sundried tomatoes or nuts. Whatever you like. It only takes a certain amount of planning to make this tasty bread. I bought the book 'my bread' of the inventor of the no-knead baking technique Jim Lahey, to learn more about it. Here's his basic bread recipe. On the left another loaf. Our girls' favourite snack: breakfast cake.
