Sweet and sour

Just two bushes of rhubarb in our garden, but it's more than enough for the occasional cake, jam and compote. The buttermilk rhubarb streusel cake above is a favourite of our family. Not too fat, not too sweet, not to sour, but nice and fresh. I was just in time to take pictures before it completely disappeared.
