Knäckebröd

For the the Scandinavia inspired lunch I also made knackebrod. Following this recipe, leaving out the chia-seeds. In spite I just added some extra spelt flour. I love it and am going to try different varieties. I love caraway seeds, so those will be in the next batch of crackers.
