Yes, I know, it is pretty quiet up here for the last months. No special reason, just happened. But I'm afraid it won't get better in the near future. Because from the beginning of march, I'll start a new job. More about that later. For now I'll show you what I'd made last sunday for lunch, with the family of one of J's friends. This swedish filled bread was truly delicious. Looks pretty impressive, but layering a (store-bought) bread like this is not awfully difficult. Cutting it in neat pieces is a less easy task though. I used this recipe in dutch and here's a similar one in english.
