In japanese crafting books you'll often find patterns with spring fasteners. I did not know how they were called and where to buy them. But then my mother brought me some from a fair. I made these purses right away. One for my mother (mothersday) and one for me. Finally I had the courage to cut up the beautiful fabric of Kristen Doran. The back of that purse is made of the earlier mentioned missprints. They're just big enough to hold a phone, keys and some money.
