Presents

It has been a little quiet on this blog this week. That's because I can not craft when I am stressed. Our youngest daughter suddenly had problems with her eyes. We visited the hospital several times last week to rule out serious causes. Now she's getting glasses. We have to get used to the idea of having a daughter with glasses, but this outcoming is so much better than all the other possible options that passed in the doctors office.....

I wear glasses and have from the age of six. Both of my daughters do too. The only difference is how people treat us. In my days there was a real stigma attached to them now every second or third person does for some reason and there is nothing abnormal about it. Cherrie

So sorry to hear you've been worried about your daughter for so long. But if it's only that she'll need glasses don't worry, she'll get used to them so easy and fast! I guess you're worried about running and making all the children crazy things with the glasses on but don't worry. I know what I'm talking about, lol...
Just enjoy her being healthy!

I hope everything will turn out well for your little one.

Baskets are very cute and I wouldn't mind having their contents as well. :)

Sorry to hear you had such a worrying time. I'm glad it's just glasses; I'm sure she'll soon get used to them.
