Another rainy day

In the Noordbrabants Museum is an exhibition of Marjolein Bastin. Not my thing, but there's a wonderful childrens-exhibition of one of her characters: Vera the Mouse. I took my daughters and little friend Sara to see the beautiful paintings and Vera's collections. But the girls loved the closet filled with dress-up clothes best. Very cute dresses, skirts, aprons, blouses and a real dressingroom with mirrors. How I love these museum-visits with children!

Goeie tip! Ik neem me iedere keer weer voor vaker met de kinderen naar een museum te gaan, maar ja....
Terwijl we er bij wijze van spreken iedere dag langskomen!

I spent part of my childhood growing up in NL close to Den Bosch and your blog brought back many happy memories. I still love Vera de Muis and keep pictures for my children to look at when I can get hold of them. Wish we could have gone to this exhibition.
Thank you.
