For warm days

I sometimes forget that we have this ice machine. But everytime we make ice, we ask ourselves 'why don't we use it more often'. So easy. Frozen yoghurt with rhubarb marmelade within 30 minutes. The marmelade didn't set very well when I made it, so we're looking for other ways to use it besides on sandwiches. This experiment was a succes.
