But regular green herb butter is always good. Our eldest daughter loves it. Especially with rare steak. She picked up that love for red meat in a restaurant we ate recently ate. Urgh. This butter is flavoured with rosemary, chives, thyme, oregano and some salt and pepper. Yummie.
