In the new bread book I read you shouldn't keep home baked bread in a plastic bag, which we did, but in paper or fabric. A simple drawstring bag with a small box bottom is quickly sewn. You should also start baking no knead bread and, because it's so delicious, you'll soon need a bread bag too! Here you can find a tutorial (I have sewn the corners inward), but this idea here is even quicker.
